Refund policy

Our team works really hard to earn your trust so it's extremely important to us that you are 100% satisfied with our products.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@rockpaperscissors.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Thank you for choosing our earrings! We want to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Please review our refund policy regarding earrings below:

Refund Policy: Earrings purchased from Rock Paper Scissors are non-refundable unless they are deemed faulty or defective upon arrival. Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of earrings, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than a manufacturing defect.

Conditions for Refund/Replacement:

  1. Faulty or Defective Products: If you receive earrings that are faulty or defective, please contact us within [number of days] days of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence or a detailed explanation of the issue.

  2. Eligibility: To be eligible for a replacement due to a manufacturing defect, the earrings must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  3. Inspection Process: Our team will assess the reported issue to determine if it qualifies as a manufacturing defect. If approved, we will replace the faulty earrings with an identical pair or a similar product of equal value if the exact item is unavailable.

  4. Return Procedure: If your earrings are deemed faulty and are eligible for a replacement, we will provide instructions for the return process. 

  5. Exclusions: Refunds or replacements will not be issued for earrings damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

  6. Refund Timeline: Once we receive the defective earrings and confirm the issue, we will initiate the replacement process. Please allow 7-10 days for the replacement to be shipped to you.

Please note that all other items in our store are subject to their respective refund and return policies, which may differ from the policy outlined above for earrings.

We appreciate your understanding of our policy aimed at maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring a quality experience for our customers.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 Workshop policy -should you need to cancel a workshop:

Our aim is to provide creative classes that are priced fairly and good value for money. As a small business we have a clear non-refundable policy to ensure that our costs are covered and the ongoing viability of our workshops are protected.

If you contact us 14 days or more prior to the date of your class we will be very happy to offer you a transfer to an alternative workshop, providing there are places. If there are no suitable workshops or dates available at that time, we will issue you with a voucher that can be used for future bookings. 

We always appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise which may mean you cannot attend at short notice so we are more than happy for a friend to take your place. Please let us know their name and contact details prior to the class.

Our right to cancel a workshop:

Should we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances we will aim to give you as much notice as possible. We will then be in touch to reschedule the class to suit all attendees. If it is not possible to reschedule, gift vouchers will be issued which can be used on any of our workshops or redeemed in our  shop or online.
