Class: Vinyasa Yoga Dates: Weekly on Monday evenings 6.30-7.30pm Level: All levels are welcome This class focuses on the union of breath and movement through a sequence of postures that flow seamlessly from one to another. As well as guiding you through the Asana (poses) and Pranayama (breathwork), instructor Saskia Morris will weave philosophical teachings into each class, enabling you to explore what the practice means to you on a deeper level, enhancing your spiritual wellbeing. Saskia Morris: In 2018, I completed a 200HR yoga teacher training and have completed multiple CPD courses since. I now teach yoga full-time; I love how it brings people together, how it encourages us to be more compassionate towards ourselves and others, and how it highlights the connection between the body and mind.
