Dates: From 15th September - 6th October. Held every Wednesday 10am-1pm

Collagraph is a technique of making a printing plate by collaging different textures onto a backing board. The plate can then be printed using a variety of techniques, resulting in richly textured, atmospheric images.

This four-week course will provide an introduction to creating collagraph prints. Participants will use an array of materials to create textures; plaster, textiles, wallpaper, thread, adhesive, varnish, adhesive tapes and natural materials and learn a variety of ways to ink and print the plate to create exciting prints full of colour and texture.

* Participants will be required to spend an hour a week at home preparing for the next workshop
* This course will only run if there are at least five participants
* Refreshments are included
